Morning all. I think I said the other day I might make Monday my last AFD for the month but have changed my mind, making it today, partly to reach my target but also because I'm having lunch with a friend on Monday so it might not be an AFD. So it's 15/15 for me please Shaggy. Yay! :)

    Good morning everyone,
9 AFD for me!! Not sure yet about the weekend, as the rugby is on so may have one or two. Reserving judgement.

  • I am working myself up to starting this challenge in March. I've been really bad recently and like many on here seem to be unable to stop once I start. Therefore I have to resist starting, especially after a hard day in the office.

I am going to try and get some exercise instead of sitting in front of the TV, where I think the temptation is greater to want a drink.

I agree with comments on here about my brain deciding on the drive home from work that it has been a carp day and I deserve a drink (which then turns in to 2, 3 etc) so I am going to try and give myself a ginger beer (the non-alcoholic type!) instead when I've had a bad day. Roll on 1st March.......
What goes around comes around.....I hope!

Oh dear, didn't resist last night and wished I had this morning!!!

Also miscalculated where I was and still only 20/21!!!! Definitely AF tonight though but won't declare just yet, still working on March's figure.

    Thanks Shaggy for keeping score.

What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?
