Who hoo finally made my target 22/21 please Shaggy.

Can I also set a target of 21 please for March?

Happy Sunday everyone, ready to tackle loads of housework because I haven't got a hangover for once on a Sunday! Even turned down a glass of champagne last night for Mumsies birthday because I wanted to feel good this morning but was also driving so didn't feel anti social either (this is one of my biggest issues with alcohol. I have got really good will power but other people make me feel anti social if I don't partake!!)

Morning all! Not an AFD for me last night but I stuck to two drinks and am feeling good this morning, so pretty happy with that. I did open a bottle of red wine and drank one glass from it but chucked some in what I was cooking, so less for tonight and tomorrow night - probably two medium glasses left.

    Morning everyone

    8 AF please Shaggy

Continue to struggle this month, it seems I'm on 'self sabotage ' mode in relation to drinking and eating carp. Every morning I wake up with a sore head full of recriminations and determined that today will be different and by the time 6pm comes its dinner, bottle of wine and carp after it.
Today is a lovely crisp almost Spring like day, I feel motivated to change, I need to change and by coming on here this morning and not continuing 'to hide' is my beginning. So with a deep breath I begin again.
Shaggy can you put me down for 10 AF for March please.

29/29 please Shaggy. Rather satisfying, that.

Shaggy, cheeky request, but I seem to remember you had a smiley with pompoms one month, like a cheerful little cheerleader. You couldn't post a linky to where I could find one, could you? We rather need one of them on another thread I contribute to. Thank you.
