3 More days for the weekend so now at 12 AFD days. I've thought about mentioning for a while. Does anyone else struggle a bit if their partner has carried on drinking at the same rate that you did previously? Now I know it's my journey and not my husbands, but he pays lip service to cutting down but hasn't. Rather selfishly on my part I do find this tricky. So much so that I have sat on my own in another room so I'm not staring at his glass! If I go out I don't seem to have the same issues in that I've offered to drive or I've made the decision not to drink, but when it's day in day out at home I am finding this a problem. I am not on my moral high horse, but I could so easily be.

Thanks for listening - Arkers x

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

I'm in the same boat as you and Shaggy and I hold my hands up to the self-inflicted thing.

More clothes bought this weekend :o This time I was egged on by my OH with "you only live once" .....pleased with my purchases however :D and they come out of my March budget!

    Hi:)
I'm creeping back on here having fallen back into bad habits - namely, having that glass or two on week nights that I'd previously knocked on the head, and then at weekends having that may as well finish the bottle mentality. It's so easy to let things slide if you don't stay accountable!
So please may I join the march challenge?
And I'd like to aim for 31 please. Thanks:)

29/29 please Shaggy. Rather satisfying, that.

Shaggy, cheeky request, but I seem to remember you had a smiley with pompoms one month, like a cheerful little cheerleader. You couldn't post a linky to where I could find one, could you? We rather need one of them on another thread I contribute to. Thank you.
