10/20 please Shaggy0

That would be great.
Thanks shaggy. I know it means more work for you but think it might be the way to go forward for me.CountingPenniesClaire wrote: »Ok have decided on March numbers. I'm going to go for 21 AFDs, allowing for 10 drinking days (well, I am on hols for a week) - but of those 10 days 4 are nominated ALDs (meaning one medium wine, one spirit measure or one pint of cider). Here we go....!
I'm thinking along these lines CPC just need to do some sums now re days and work out what counts as ALDs. What do others think? 2 X 175ml glasses of wine?
24/29 for tonight please.0 -
24/29 AFDs tonight.
Can I go for 27/31 AFDs for March please? I'm hoping to beat my target, whilst allowing a little leeway. What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?0 -
22/24 AFDs today0

I have been feeling really rubbish today, but I have just about managed to resist opening the bottle of wine that is in the fridge. Tonight is 8/14 please.£1000 Emergency Fund #175 - £598/£1000

Sounds good debjay. I'm saying one medium sized drink for me (relative to volume/alcoholic%) - I guess I'm saying no more than 3 units. The act of pouring a second constitutes more than just a low alcohol day plus I find it easier to stop at one than two but I think it is all relative and should be about what works for you. I get mister cpc to pour my drink so there is no cheating (and I like being waited on)!!!0

I resisted the siren calls this evening but wanted to drink more than any other time this month. All fine, I resisted so I'm on 12/14 please Shaggy and 14 for March please. I'm planning tomorrow as my next AFD
Many moons ago Winebox gifted me Alan Carr's Easy Way to Control alcohol. I am happy to gift it on now - Message me your address if you would like it to be you.
Good night everyone.0 -
Not sure if I will manage an AFD today. Have organised a work outing to a crazy golf pop-up in London called hoxton plonk. Should be fun but might be hard to resist a drink. If I do though it will be one. We've got three teams of 4 so named after the late great Alan Rickman - The Harry Putters, The Hans Gruber Hackers and The Sherrif of Nottingham Nobblers. Should be a good night.0

...Had that itch last night. I think it was because I was on my own. Solution, I went to bed early 9 AFD.
Thanks
