Was pleased with myself yesterday, had a drink in a restaurant and didn't carry on back at home.


I'm not drinking today but away for a wedding this weekend and will be moderate and behave myself.

A colleague was leaving work today and champagne was passed around - I was offered, but resisted. Ginger beer for me tonight. Am knackered so suspect I will be sleeping like a log. Hope so.

25/29 AFDs tonight. DH briefly suggested wine with dinner, but didn't pursue it when I said no. I tell him he's welcome to open a bottle of wine for himself, and that's when he says he won't bother.

Nice dodge

There are some bells clanging in the Dizzy House, so I've just had a hot bubble bath and caught up on everyone's progress, rather than open a bottle. Craving has passed and I smell lubbly.

Two more AFDs including tonight, so 15/25 please Shaggy x I think I decided on 17/31 for March, but I am going to try very hard to beat it.
