11/29 for tonight and feeling great! Sleeping all the way through from 10 till 6 and haven't done this in years!! Loads of energy to get house and myself organised, New Year, new me and long may it continue!

Really struggling tonight as DH has opened the sloe gin my friend gave us. I nearly caved. Very nearly...but I had four chocolate digestive biscuits instead, and that seemed to work :eek: Diet? What diet?

Chocolate biscuits are a very good substitute for booze I think Dizzy!

I just want to say how lovely it is to have energy in the evenings to do something - my house is clean and ordered, everything ready for the next day and I'm getting so much done in the day because I get up early with energy. Nice.
