I forgot to even go in it! Actually I don't usually anyway so not really a change of pace. I thought about buying a ticket though.

TBH I stopped when they put it up to £2 a go but caught up in the hype I suppose. Well done for not having any wine whilst cooking. Its a difficult one to not give in to :T

Into double figures with 10/31 AFDs tonight.

I discovered today that a Christmas gift of peanut M&Ms are actually my FAVOURITE American version, which are gigantic compared to the UK version. I gorged on too many this afternoon and now feel bloated. It has been years since I had them, and the rest are hidden away. Nom nom.
What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?

Thanks, and to be honest it was risky and if it hadn't been for this thread I would have been really tempted! That was why I got it out of the way as quickly as possible.

I'm back from a weekend away and I have to say that I did have a daring in the pub with Friends on Saturday night. SO I won't do a completely dry January and I'm on 10 AFDs now.
    Trying to keep in budget.

  • Hello everyone. Back from a week walking in the mountains in Spain (hence going awol!). Some tough hikes (often a 1000m plus ascent/ descent and 20-25kms) but had a great time and it has left me feeling fit - a good base on which to launch a healthy and super fit me! unfortunately I did compensate for huge calorie burn with a couple of glasses of red on four occasions so I'm going to adjust my target (it was a bit silly going for 31 with a holiday planned I suppose).

So instead of 31 I would like to adjust to a new target of 27 and currently (including today which will be af) I'm at 7/27. Hope that's ok!

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
