6/20 for me please. I had an AF day yesterday, although DH didn't. Funny that it was his suggestion, but he is the one not sticking to it.
I am happy drinking cranberry juice with sparkling water. It helps that there isn't any wine in the house at the moment though.£1000 Emergency Fund #175 - £598/£1000

4 AF please Shaggy
Managed to stay AF tues - fri last week which I'm very happy about. Last night went to cinema to see Carol during which I had large glass of wine, came home and had another couple of wines. Plan for next week is to be AF mon- fri and to not drink as much on sat and sun eve. 1 step at a time. It’s not what you have in your life but who you have in your life that counts0 -
10/31 please Shaggy.

9/31 AFDs, and the challenge of a Saturday night mentally overcome. With me, on a Saturday evening "it's 5 o'clock somewhere" usually.
Well done satchmo. At least I work on six o'clock!:rotfl:Don't feel lonesome Shaggy - I'm sure I'll be back in the low-day gang soon (when I fall off the wagon next month) :rotfl:
I think you have the best of both worlds shaggy. Lots of AF and when you do drink it's AL. That's my aim.:)I had an AF day yesterday, although DH didn't. Funny that it was his suggestion, but he is the one not sticking to it.
We have the reverse. My DH has been AF for most of this week including last night when I had a drink and he didn't. That's almost unheard of. I think he really wants to lose a few inches off his waist but whatever the motivation, AF is good.
:Tmackeroo. Good Luck for the coming week to everyone.:)0 -

I've actually just managed to cook dinner with wine without drinking any, which I'm pretty proud of. :T I had to open a bottle of wine to do it too. :A I poured four-fifths into two airtight containers and stuck them in the freezer quickly. Then the last bit went into a bowl (so it didn't look like wine) until it got chucked into the frying pan on top of the onions shortly afterwards. It helped that it was pinot grigio, really not my favourite drop.0

I forgot to even go in it! Actually I don't usually anyway so not really a change of pace. I thought about buying a ticket though.0
