Can I join please? I'm slipping back into using alcohol as a way of coping and I don't like it. Two bottles of Prosecco down this evening and I'm now feeling down. Haven't had a chance to catch up with this thread completely but really want to stop drinking and lose weight. I know it's my own fault and only I can change it but it's hard.

Please would you put me down for an April target of 15. My plan is Monday to Thursdays AF except for 6/4, 16/4 and a just in case night for a friend's birthday. I want to take the debating society out of it. I shall ask myself if it's Monday to Thursday and if it is then no wine for me. Simples!! :cool:
