Fortunately I didn't log on while the site was being messed about but there have been issues in the past few days with accessing threads. Obviously some overhaul is needed but I don't think yesterday's effort fitted the bill.

AF here today. I'll hit my target but hope for a few extra before the end of the month. I'm pleased as this month has been more social than usual. It's not just been the AFness but having to watch all the meals out with the extra calories. Next month starts with a few days away over Easter. And so it goes on.....

    10 AFDs please Shaggy.

Can I join please? I'm slipping back into using alcohol as a way of coping and I don't like it. Two bottles of Prosecco down this evening and I'm now feeling down. Haven't had a chance to catch up with this thread completely but really want to stop drinking and lose weight. I know it's my own fault and only I can change it but it's hard. :(

    Afternoon :hello:

3 more AFDs for Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday.

Had a little cry earlier for the people on the GermanWings plane. Can't believe someone did that on purpose. :(

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
