I didn't see it, Fruball, but a few months back I know the MSE Boffins were trialling an upgraded forum and asking for feedback. It felt as though someone had come in and recarpeted, redecorated and refurnished my home while I was out.

They know users don't like it being changed and they're hit with a barrage of unpleasant flak every time they do it, but apparently it's vital for the site. *sigh*

Nothing wrong with gleeful about your achievements HB but I do understand what you're saying. Last Friday evening it occurred to me that I hadn't thought about drinking all day. On the plus side, I've achieved moderate drinking, no hangovers and reaching my ideal weight along the way but I still seem to look forward to the drinking days. For years and years I've had a good feeling almost as soon as I wake up on Friday of 'it's the weekend I can drink tonight'! I think (after about 4 years!) I may be getting to a take it or leave it point.

The gleeful feeling was about having all that lovely extra time to be busy doing nothing if I felt like it, or to get stuck into something that I wanted to do but thought I hadn't got the time because I'd have a hangover. The length of time this habitual thought process is hanging around is very shocking. Good to know it'll start to dissipate

    Cripes!

I'm rather hoping the sugar craving will disappear a darn sight sooner than that. The Twinks are being scoffed as fast as I can bake them. (Passive verb = blameless me, of course.)

    24/31 please, Shaggy.
    Better is good enough.
