I know that it's early but posting 20/23 for tonight please. I am going out but driving so confident that I won't drink. Anyway, to make target I am only allowed one more non-AF day which will be tomorrow probably.
Thinking about April's target and not too confident as looking to go away for 14 nights all-inclusive. However, I am pledging 20 days AF for April and we will see how I go. Flipping it that is still 10 days that I can drink and I have been doing ok with only drinking 1 night per week unless away or special occasion so hoping I can do. I will aim for 3 AF days each week that I am away0 -
Can I join please? I'm slipping back into using alcohol as a way of coping and I don't like it. Two bottles of Prosecco down this evening and I'm now feeling down. Haven't had a chance to catch up with this thread completely but really want to stop drinking and lose weight. I know it's my own fault and only I can change it but it's hard.
WelcomeLosing weight is one of my motivations. Try apple juice with soda water as an alternative. It is surprisingly wine-like

I fail every month too :rotfl: ...BUT, we try and that is commendable! I don't want to lower my target, I want to reach a high one
