Thanks for the encouragement CountingPenniesClaire & Fruball.

I wouldn't normally have an AFD over the weekend but I will aim for at least one to make up for the bad week - might not be tonight as we will be watching the Rugby ;)

Have a great weekend everyone :j:j:j

    5/28 please, Shaggy.

We had some people in for dinner last night and for the first time I realised that I had dreaded those evenings for years because of the resultant hangover. How and why I kept drinking the amount that I did for the length of time I did is now a complete mystery to me. I feel absolutely fine today but the other two people from this house are a little worse for wear and I don't envy them a bit. This going totally alcohol-free is a breeze in comparison to the years I used to spend regretting the over-indulgence of the night before.
    Better is good enough.

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
