4/14 for me please.
Also very pleased to report that I have now managed 31 days in a row, and have achieved my own version of Dry January, well done to all of you who actually did the whole of January but I am pretty chuffed with my own milestone. I probably haven't done 31 days alcohol free, in 20 years. I'm going to celebrate with a small drink tonight but I definitely think I'll be joining in again next year.

Morning all
Everyone is doing so well for the start of February but I have been absolutely hopeless
. I intended being 'dry' on Tuesday & Wednesday but life got in the way somehow  - nothing excessive but a couple of drinks each day.
No more to add to my total and I had already planned for drinks tonight as we are going out for a curry and I do enjoy a beer to wash it down
Oh well, must try harder next week

Many congratulations daisy. You deserve to be proud!!:T
I'm pleased to have managed a full SNC this week (well after tonight). It's seems an age since I did 4 days on a run. Slightly tempted last night but didn't give in.
4 AFDs please Shaggy.0 -
