Roll up, Roll up. A New Month, A New Challenge.
SET YOUR
27 days up for grabs!
Everyone Welcome!!! It's not Too Late! What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

Nice to see you sir. Are there still goats?
Hellooo from down south:D
Alas no more goats - feed got too expensive. Down to chickens ducks and geese now. Aiming for a good year on the home grown front now as we are almost vegetarian now and don't eat a lot of meat.
How is the willow hedge coming along?
Keep up the good work. Thanks for the links - off for a browse....

If this thread and Belle (of Tired of Thinking About Drinking) didn't exist, I'd probably still be drinking - or sober and climbing the walls. Her 100 Day Challenge is what got me sober, on my second attempt. I'm a huge fan. It's good to know I'm not the only one who finds her helpful.
I can't remember which Challenge of hers I'm on at the moment. (200 Days? 180 Days? I count when I remember, which I just did, so today is Day 164.) I get an email from her every single day, and I happen to know that means she's emailing over 2000 people every single day at the moment. Amazing woman.Better is good enough.0 -

The sugar cravings have been very strong today though, and I'm sorry to say that I've had far too much choccy!0 -

And I've just eaten four mince pies, but in my defence they were home-made, of home-made pastry and home-made mince, so oooooh hardly any sugar at all ....
I'm calling early at 5/31 please, Shaggy. It's OH's birthday tomorrow, and I've got presents to wrap and a card to finish making.Better is good enough.0 -
