I think it's great to hook up with people who want to give up/cut down and are doing something about it. Plus I'm a sucker for a star chart!;)
I'm sure I can't be the only one glad to some sort of normality today. Calling in early as I know I won't be drinking.

I wasn't AF yesterday - I had about 3 units. Planning to be AF today.

On my 8th day now and having trouble going to sleep at nights. Have been laying awake for 3 hours or so before going to sleep. Think years of beer has affected my sleep pattern.
Back to work today after a couple of weeks off. Bit worried about when I walk in the door this evening as normally the first thing I do is head for the fridge to grab a beer.
Perhaps the shock of work again will make me so tired I will go to bed and straight to sleep

Try cutting back on caffeine? I try not to drink coffee after midday and then switch to decaf coffee or tea - or maybe straight tea....that said I'm drinking coffee now (but I'll make it my last)....What do we do when we fall?
