Maman, re decaff tea, I've had to cut caffeine out altogether at the mo and I really like Yorkshire decaff tea. Could be worth a try :)

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

  • Hi Shaggy - my score so far is 7/21 - feeling motivated and delighted when I have an AF evening and I can think to myself in the morning "that's another one" rather than feeling deprived.

    Thank you.
