    7/31 please, Shaggy.
    Better is good enough.
  • Ooopssss, am going to fail the month now because I had a wine (just one) at lunch-time yesterday - long story but basically somebody who didn't know who had "got me one in" and rather than embarrass him I just drank it. So will only achieve 27 at the most in December.

Never mind, still far far better place than I was and realise that I have passed the month since I stopped bringing alcohol into the house and in that time I have had 3 large and 1 small glass wine whilst out. Still quite pleased with that!!

So long and short of it is 6/28 but can make it 10/28 because I am on nights now til Friday morning, thanks Shaggy x

Calling early as unlikely I'll be drinking due to leg, 8/15 AFDs today :)
  • Hugs for the leg Barny - hope you get that sorted.

    Hey all hope you're good.

Shaggy my lovely 8 AFDs for me, calling early as I've a conference tomorrow and its full on prep today, up and out early tomorrow.

    Hugs all round.

    Hot chocolate is my favourite.

I've been watching lots about brains/etc quite interesting listening to the arguments for the different relationships we can have with substances/activities/habits. Its really quite stimulating, in an odd kind of way.

    Happy Monday folks.

HB well done on 135 days :) and sainsbugs is annoying, honestly since when is 5% wine non-alcoholic they have it in their non-alcoholic section where I live although I have to say their AF wines are quite nice.

    :)

It's not a clot fortunately, damage to the arteries in my calf, which has led to damage around the back of my knee, but fortunately no clot :)

Whilst damage isn't fun, I'm happy that its not a clot.

    Hugs
