9/17 AFDs for last night. The wine sirens were trying to tempt me to get a bottle from the stash in the boot of my car (for Christmas), but the weather helped as it was way too wild to venture out.

Hi, know I was as BAD girl last night, and had half a bottle of wine in anger, but please don't mark me down... I'd reached 9 for Wednesday night, but today's tally only shows 7 :xmassmile

However, I still feel that I was good, as I stopped at half the bottle. Then I ate chocolate until I gave up and went to bed just after 9pm.
What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?

satchmo I actually think I'd have a harder time giving up the chocolate than the alcohol:D

Agreed, bottles are easy to empty, so well done on adjusting your bad to better half way through x

Good luck everyone else and hello to Grassgirl & Ellsbel (great names by the way, how did you choose them?)
I am not on track with my plan for December. (Guess the observant amongst you spotted that!) Today I'm going to choose which 13 days will be AF before 2015.

10 for tonight. Usually, I have a drink at the weekend but I'm not very well at the moment and my wife is away, so I decided not to bother.

Missed a day of my life totally on Friday due to being unwell - totally poleaxed and not a drop of alcohol involved!! However, it did me a favour in that whilst putting the decorations up yesterday, I'd normally do it with a glass of wine, I had milkshake!! :)
