Everyone Welcome!!!What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

Ooo, I want the 21 days can-can smilie, so I'm kicking off with 1/20 AFDs for today. I've realised that I'm mostly managing to stay sober Monday to Friday, but Saturday is more often a binge, with a more moderate amount of wine on a Sunday. I must avoid that becoming a habit.
It's not easy with DH being such a PITA due to deep depression. That may sound heartless, but it's me that bears the brunt of it, and I'm drowning not waving atm. Having said that, the after effects don't help.
I used to start my weekend boozing on a Friday evening, but now won't drink on Fridays because of parkrun on Saturday mornings. So I can abstain. What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?0 -
