    Hi everyone :hello:
I would like to return to the fold please. It's been so long since I posted on here and I'm back in the place that I started off years ago, drinking every night, too much on a school night and then loads more at the weekend. I have put on so much weight this year and it's down to the booze. I have given up attending the gym as it 'interfered' with my drinking, how mad is that!! I noticed recently reading over my food diary that at the end of the day most of my food choices were either salads or very low fat foods in order to 'allow' me more alcohol!
So I've put off rejoining this thread, giving myself lots of reasons/excuses not too, but enough is enough so despite there only being a few more days left of Oct I would like to go for
    2 Afd's please Shaggy

    Thanks Barny
I'm so out of the loop that I can't remember how to post that I want to be AF for 2 days for the remainder of Oct, ( as I think how I've posted it earlier on this eve suggests that i have 2 AFD's under my belt which I don't!)I'm sure Shaggy will keep me right :)

Yes, good to see you again.

I understand what you mean. You want a target of 2 for October.

Then you need to start thinking of your target for November.:rotfl:

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
