What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

But you're still posting, so all is definitely not lost. Well done on the 8!

And a welcome from me, Aneres; please excuse my tardiness.

Another drinking dream last night. This time I was consciously aware that I was on Day 80+ and still went ahead and drank and then had the cheek to tell someone who accused me of being drunk that morning that I didn't drink! I was also aware that I would have to either start again at Day 1 or always say '... apart from one blip' when talking about being AF for x Days. An unattractive thought.

I'll probably drop the counting thing in public when I get to 100 Days but it is helping hugely at the moment. Today is Day 88, so 87 have been achieved which I never, in a million years, would have thought possible and it is now so much easier than when I started. It's just fabulous knowing I don't have to wake up ever again thinking, 'Oh god, why did I say that last night?' 'Oh god, why did I do that last night?' and No Hangover.
    Better is good enough.
