11/20 AFDs. I've got a hankering for sweets tonight, but there isn't much in.
What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?

Thanks for thinking of me :)

Hypnotherapy went well. Like last time, what felt like 15 mins or so was actually an hour! Very relaxing, very nice. Highly recommend it, esp for stress. I don't feel like drinking but today would be a normal AF day anyway so will have to wait and see what tomorrow brings :)

The lovely lady who did it said that if I did need to go back for another session, she won't charge me :)

Fingers crossed this is the end of my destructive drinking :T
  • That sounds really positive fruball, the feeling of relaxation alone would do it for me :) Hope you have a chilled evening before bed and let that relaxation linger on - thanks for sharing x x

Sounds like an interesting session Fruball - is it usual to just need pne session of hypnotherapy - I confess that I know nothing about it.

Honey bear, I'm very interested in what you are saying about feeling tited for a long time after stopping drinking. I haven't had a drop since Saturday night and I ferl so sleepy and tired even though I am going to bed early.
I am AF again today so that's now 5 nights in a row. I hope I get my energy back soon!
    Trying to keep in budget.

It depends on who you go to. I saw a famous (in her field) hypnotherapist my first time and it was very expensive but extraordinarily effective and I left her house a changed person. This one is cheaper and I didn't feel like a completely changed person but I did really enjoy it and only time will tell whether it has worked.
