I was AF last night too, went to bed very early so I know that I have had enough sleep - let's hope I feel less tired today.
Good luck Fruball with the hypnotherapy tonight.

Today is Day 27 since going alcohol free, and the first time I have actually felt truly 'well' for a long time. That's not in red deliberately because this month's target is part of it but not the whole of it.
Since I started sleeping properly, which took a few days after going alcohol-free, I've been waking up later than usual and was really cursed with lethargy for about three weeks but I think that's now passed, thank goodness. Today I actually feel emotionally positive as opposed to just 'being' and that feels great.
Apparently there's a sensation called a pink cloud, which bamboozles some people into thinking that they're feeling so great they don't need to worry about not drinking, so I'm going to treat this lovely feeling with a huge sense of caution and just enjoy feeling it without being over-confident.Better is good enough.0 -
