Roll up, Roll up. A New Month, A New Challenge.SET YOUR31 days up for grabs!
Everyone Welcome!!!What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

I'm amazed to have gone over target. I know it's a low one compared to most of you but still good for me.
Congrats to everyone on their June achievements. Cheers to July!

Well done to those who have reached or exceeded their target this month. I ended the month on 14/19, so not great, but onwards and upwards! I did have a couple of drinks yesterday but went to look at a house, which we put an offer in for, so it was a bit exciting/stressful!
Shaggy, you are on fire with the AFDs and weight loss, well done! :T
Welcome nannytomany
I should defo be starting July with an AFD today. Tomorrow and Thursday probably won't be as am going away with work, but that's all factored into my total.
Hope everyone has a great Tuesday and the sun is shining where you are! :cool:0 -
Well, I didn't get to my target, even the 14 day badge eluded me but never mind, the days when I did drink were not nearly so messy as they used to be so that's a small bonus.
Total for June 13/16
Target for July 16 AFDs please

Failed miserably after being so pleased with myself for not drinking wine for 3 days, daughter was given a bottle of wine from someone and she said here you are mum, lovely, kind of her but I drank it, so annoyed with myself  feel so weak.
Anyway July 1st try again, (till the weekend) am going away with a friend so a glass or two of vino is a must. :beer:Because someone we love is in Heaven There is a little piece of Heaven in our Home :A
Goal towards £600/$1000 emergency fund: £78.000 -
1/12 please. Low target as away for 2 weeks this month so keeping it realistic and hoping that I can exceed it.0

I am sure wine has an addictive quality more so than other alcoholic drinks. I can control my intake of any alcohol except wine!21/21 target reached :j.
Well done to everyone else who reached their target :T
Well done! :j
