I agree with debjay that weeknights are the easy ones. Tonight I feel I could easily be AF tomorrow but I know that when Friday night comes around that weekend feeling will kick in. That's my choice but hopefully tomorrow my stop button will kick in sooner rather than later.

Yay, finally managed another AF day! Have been totally rubbish since I got back from holiday Weds/Thurs I was away with work, and had a drink, as expected. Friday I was very tired but we went out to see another house and went out for tea so had a couple of glasses of wine. Decided not to drink yesterday, was tired, and also have Race For Life today. It wasn't that easy, but mostly because it was a Saturday and sunny, which always makes me want to drink Pleased I did it now though!

So 2/20 AFDs please Shaggy.

Sorry - I am very late to the party this month!! Ithas been glorious weather here and the end of term so I've been dealing with real life and enjoying myself in the garden

SO far this month I have managed just 1 AFD, so I will plan for a low target of 10 for July please Shaggy. I will make every effort to check in everyday!
