I agree about the addictive quality of wine Fruball!
Calling in early for my first AFD of July (hopefully first of many!)
So 1/20 AFDs please Shaggy.
Had my Sleep Easy tea and banana so feeling virtuous and now off to bed as an early start in the morning :A;)0 -
I managed two more AFD last month so made my target of 14/14. And I was right, it was a lot harder to resist in the pub but I did it.
I'm not going to set a target for July but would like to see how many days I can do without a target. I am a bit worried I'll go off the rails as the sunny weather makes me want to be in a beer garden. But after 7 months of hitting target maybe I'm bored with success or something!
So tonight will be my first 1 for July.
Thanks Shaggy and well done to everyone who tried last month - and hello to any lurkers out there - come in and join us, say hello!0 -
Starting the month off with 1/20 AFDs, and will be trying to exceed target. What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?0

Just back from my holiday. No totally AF days (as expected) but markedly lower alcohol intake than previous years and pleased to say I didn't forget to pack my stop button. Back on the wagon tonight.
1 AFD for July please Shaggy.0 -
2/20 AFDs. I had to go into a pub this evening and ask the barman to please order me a taxi as I was hopelessly unable to find the long-stay car park I had left my car in this morning (I'm visiting Cheltenham, and had been to a concert in the Town Hall). It was beginning to get dark, so safety was more important than MSE-ness. I resisted buying a drink. What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?0
