21/21 AFDs making target with the likelihood of getting in another two before month end.

Can I set a July target of 20 AFDs
What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?

    Now on 14/14. hooray:T

Didn't think I'd make it this month to be honest but I did. Last night was easy as I have a mouth full of ulcers. I am very prone to them and currently sport 3 large ones. Makes for miserable meal times and painful drinking times.

I have tried every trick in the book for treating them but nothing really works except from giving moments of pain relief. I have had rafts of blood tests to no avail. Last time I went the doctor just said I looked utterly exhausted and should make more time for myself. Ha ha ha:rotfl:

If anyone out there had any miracle cures I'd love to hear them.

Well done to all those reaching their targets.

July target 14 AF days again as I'm off on hols on the 26th. If I reach 14 before then I will be amazed and delighted.

    Kind regards
    Slowdown:)

I wish I could just have 1 drink! To me, that is practically AF :o

Ah Fruball! I can do that with beer - one or two are usually enough. It's wine that's my downfall and I would have started on that last night but we didn't have any in the house. I'm sure I wouldn't have stopped at one then!

Well done on reaching your target Slowdown! :T

Sorry to hear about your ulcers though....how miserable for you! :( I suffer from the odd mouth ulcer, usually when I'm run down, and know how painful and lowering they can be. It must be horrible to have three! Sorry I don't really have any advice, but hope you find the answer soon!

I would like to join if that's ok, can easily polish off a bottle of Pinot, on my own, but am sitting here drinking water and have been for the last 3 days.

I am going away this weekend but will try not to drink anything until Friday, but know I will over the weekend and that's ok, but will get back to it on Monday.

    Welcome nannytomany

No AFD's over the weekend but definitely going to be AF tonight so that will take me to target of 12/12 :j

Have a good Monday everyone :)

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
