Last night was alcohol free but Tuesday night I must admit I downed a bottle of Prossecco
I know I wont make my target this month but I am so, so pleased with my progress on the number of AFDs I've achieved this month
Im doing a 10 mile race tonight...so its definitely the running and exercise keeping me on the straight and narrow

19/21 for today please. I'm on track to reach my target this month.
Away in July so will set a low target of 12 to be achievable. Will try and have some AF days whilst away but if not I know I'll drink less.0 -
