I'm loving being near my family. My son came to visit, so we took him out for a garlic laden, but AF, lunch.
Another coastal run tonight, but this wasn't gentle at all. First part of run was into the wind and rain howling in from the Irish Sea, and the last kilometre was also into the wind. At one point, I swear we were running on the spot the wind was so strong. Thankfully the rain mostly stopped after the first five minutes.What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?0 -

You know I'm a huge convert to SW. Why not take a look at the 7 day online menu. Or a tip we use to kick start weightloss is to have two thirds of meals made up of fruit and veg.
I'm a "calorie counter" on a spreadsheet..... I think I might have done better this week (but we'll see) and I haven't felt hungry the last couple of days, which with me is usually a good sign...ha ha sure is hard some days though...:rotfl:
