6/20 AFDs for yesterday, I was away on business for the day and didn't return until 10:30 which was too late to post.


I'm amazed how the week has flown by and I have hardly thought about wine. It shows me how much my alcohol consumption was driven by boredom.


A while ago I was given a postcard which said "She started living the life she dreamt about". I feel like I'm starting to live that life, and it is good

7/20 AFDs now, and a lovely family lunch with my two brothers, sister and mum.


I overslept this morning, so missed my parkrun 5k. Oh well, I'll go tomorrow. I got some exercise, because the restaurant was a 15 minute fast paced walk away. Most things are in walking distance now, so we're planning to sell one car.


Enduring Eurovision atm. I'm only watching because I know Carrie Grant, one of the UK judges, through a "Girls Night Out" event I volunteer at periodically.

Got a 10km tomorrow morning, first in 10 years, not done much training, however this will be a benchmark for a time to then beat next time.
