Sorry missing in action. Have had a terrible time of things lately. However 1afd last night. Dont want to set a target, just taking it one day at a time.Total weight lost 6.5/73lbs starting yet again. Afds August 10/15. /8 Sept.0

Still on the wagon - so on 6 AFDs as off yesterday. My weight loss seems to have plateaued :think: Must try harder....

You know I'm a huge convert to SW. Why not take a look at the 7 day online menu. Or a tip we use to kick start weightloss is to have two thirds of meals made up of fruit and veg.

4 please, Shaggy, ta3/20 AFDs tonight thanks. Went for a gentle run tonight with a group of beginners, they were a friendly lot, so I'll make it a regular Monday evening event. That was after walking for 3 hours this morning along the coastal path. I should sleep well tonight.

5/14 please went for a walk tonight to stave off cravings. It worked!
Felt very wound up after work. It prompted an argument with ds2 but I managed to walk out before I got too heated.
I'm going out to supper tomorrow so I'm sure I will tipple a glass but I think I'm still on course.
