4/25 for today. Had a BBQ yesterday but stuck to non-alcoholic options until a couple of glasses of wine later in the evening.0

3/14 please.
Unfortunately didn't make it through yesterday. Family do. Fun but wine filled. Didn't go too OTT but felt pretty tired this morning and ended up having a siesta! Lovely!
Still, nothing today so still on course.
Good luck for the rest of the week everyone.
Kind regards
Slowdown

3/20 AFDs tonight thanks. Went for a gentle run tonight with a group of beginners, they were a friendly lot, so I'll make it a regular Monday evening event. That was after walking for 3 hours this morning along the coastal path. I should sleep well tonight. What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?0
