Thank You maman - I'm really motivated at the moment. I am going to the Atlantic Coast in France and I really want to look nice in my photos this year and to be able to wear nice clothesWith all the stress of the last few years the pounds have just crept up on me

Well I wish I hadn't gone today was really stressful been off for nearly two weeks and could just sit here and cry
I wonder how many people that are on this thread are using alcohol to "take the edge off" after a hard day at work ? I know I do
well yesterday was AF am toying with the idea of having some cider what's left but will try my best to resist

Profiteroles and tiramisu are right up there with cheesecake in my opinion - would take any one of them (or all 3!)
Not an AF night tonight for me i'm afraid so my total is 13 for the month. Oh well, at least I know I will sleep, even if it is badly0 -

Just had a salad and aiming for an early night with no alcohol.
Hopefully after a few restful nights and self control I might be able to focus on getting my affairs in order.
Really want to pull myself out of this but early days and small steps. So difficult when I've always rose to a challenge :eek:
