I am guilty of finishing a bottle for the sake of it also. It looks hardly anything in the bottle but is a full glass too many0

Good afternoon everyone,
Another AFD for last night 11 please Shaggy.I can't believe I've nearly gone a whole 7 days without drinking. As for finishing the bottle, if there is one open, it gets drunk. I don't have a stop button, so long as I don't start I'm fine.
Reading is my saviour, I do read total trash too, which I won't tell you about! HB hope you get a chance to read the book soon. Thank you for all your words of wisdom and support. PSL, I'll put that book suggestion on my holiday list of reads.
Have a peaceful Sunday everyone.

There's nothing like losing ones own health to give you a kick up the bum! A think a health overhaul sounds like a good idea Honey Bear. I admit that I haven't always looked after myself as best as possible, skipping meals has been my worst thing and maybe it is coming back to haunt me now. It never used to affect me at all but it could be a contributing factor. I've managed two weeks straight AF with barely the bat of an eyelid, I think with feeling so poorly something has definitely sunk in somewhere. There have been moments when I have felt very scared about how low my energy levels are and whether I'm going to get better, especially with the way things seem to be heading with the NHS. So for me, whilst fear can be a negative thing, it's bringing about positive changes.
Having said that, I was so fed up with myself earlier that I nearly caved and had a glass of wine when we popped out for something to eat. But the things I've written above were swimming around my head. So it's 14/25 for tonight please.0 -

And the thing to remember is that you didn't have the glass of wine, so brilliantly well done!
I'd hazard a guess and say most of us take our health for granted when we're young, but time has a way of showing us how foolish we were!
15/31 please, Shaggy.Better is good enough.0 -

I've been guilty of that this past week. I had this tension headache and found that having a drink got rid of it for a few hours. So two evenings, a single drink turned into a bottle. The trouble is I've no idea what I'm tense about??
Trying to draw a line today and headache seems to be gone (after a week:(). Hopefully I'll get 4 in this week. Thankfully plenty of month left.:)
7 AFDs please Shaggy.0 -
Afternoon :hello:
2 more AFDs for Thursday and yesterday.
ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

Spiking GI can cause energy slumps - it definitely wouldn't cause breathlessness - that must be scary! What do we do when we fall?
