Ive managed 6 alcohol free days so far and on the days Ive had a drink, its been very little alcohol consumed, low alcohol becks at 0.8 units a bottle.
I may have more of a drink on saturday as its my mums birthday, but I'll see how I feel.0 -

The bells were much quieter last night, partly because I got disctracted by a horrible addictive internet game called 2048. Google it if you have a minute but be careful not to get sucked in - it's a numbers puzzle thing.

I had another last night. The bells were ok but I felt very grumpy and went to bed at 10. I woke up at 4 so still feel tired. 5/14 for me please Shaggy.
Lots of really good progress on here - everyone seems to be really on a roll. Ok got a silly image of the wagon being a huge bread roll and us all standing on top! Going to have caffeine now, still half asleep and dreaming apparently!0 -
