You lucky person! Have funWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

Don't hesitate to let me know if I've made a mistake! What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -
I don't have any more AFDs to add, but I'm glad I found the STOP button last night when I was battling with the wine-demon who was talking me into opening a second bottle. If the bottle had had a screw top I'd have lost the battle! What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?0

Its now 2 1/2 years since I went AF.
And I`m still AF.
Good luck to everyone else on their journey and I hope you achieve what you want to acheive.0 -
Evening all!
I'm back from holiday and back on the wagon so I am declaring tonight as day 6 please Shaggy.
Having drunk alcohol every night for the past 6 or so days the bells are ringing very loudly, but I know that it will pass and am aiming this week to have the whole week AF. In fact, the rest of March has to be AF if I want to reach my target of 22 days AF.
I am looking forward to getting back into the usual routine to be honest!Trying to keep in budget.

Hi folks, I'm back from my hols
Had a fab time so can't chalk up many AF days except 2 for all the wrong reasons. I had a stomach upset for 2 days. Even when I did drink it wasn't to excess though :T

Well, I found out the 'why not?' - I have a headache and feel a bit sluggish this morning even though I didn't drink a lot! Obviously not used to it any more!!
And Debjay - happy birthday twinnie!
Thanks. Hope you had a good day too :bdaycake:
I haven't logged on while we've been away0 -

I would be debt free too!
16/31 please Shaggy
My wife and I have a weakness for eating out far too often (4 times this week), we do through phases of cutting that down too but it never lasts long as neither of us enjoy cooking.
Onto the positive, I'm not having a drink tonight so 13/25, please.2018 totals:
Savings £11,200
Mortgage Overpayments £5,5000
