14 please, Shaggy, ta
Yay! I had a huge wobble last night - shall I, shan't I have a glass of vino, when I got home from an evening where the majority were drinking what looked like lovely wine! I was driving, then thought I would treat myself to a glass when I got home. But didn't, and very proud of myself today!0 -
1 more for me please, Shaggy0

Another horrible few days and not very well either but I am keeping to my promise with 17/25.2018 totals:

9/16 for tonight please.0

7/20 for me, currently drinking a de alcoholised bottle of chardonnay, much nicer than eisberg and oddly enough its californian, I dont like alcoholic californian wine but this one is very nice.
Brand is called Fre, they do a merlot and a rose as well, £2.75 a bottle, much much nicer than eisberg, which made me want to spit it back out.0 -
Work night out tonight!
I didn't drink so as a consequence didn't say anything I shouldn't have done and had a nice night out without the need for wine despite most of my colleagues getting twatted! No apologies to be made and no embarrassment tomorrow. Not only that have a gym appointment I will be keeping at 07.30am tomorrow.
10/20 AF
Hugs to Karen!

Just one more for me please Shaggy so 9/22. Wednesday was AF but last night I drank wine and feel horrible now, even though I didn't drink much. I have no tolerance for booze at the moment!Trying to keep in budget.

ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0
