Re women, getting older and sleep - I read that women sleep less / develop sleep problems as they get older because of a lack of progesterone - this does indeed appear to be true (google women sleep progesterone) so women's ovaries produce less progesterone as they age and this effects their sleep....how sad! 5/28 as of last night. Had a twinge in Lidl but couldn't find the compulsion in my body so decided to leave it. That was enough to keep me AF.
Thanks for your support Honey Bear. I had an interesting experience on Fri evening, a night when I would usually drink, I felt shakey and' worked up' but not about anything. I realise that I was using booze to damp down these sorts of feelings rather than use the anxiety and stress reduction techniques that actually work and keep working!
I did eat a generous slice of cake mind you, but one habit at a time!'...it is only kindness that makes sense anymore ' Naomi Shihab Nye0 -

Funny as when I'm not drinking I'm really not bothered ! I think ,, well actually I know one day I will totally AF ! And won't miss it !

Struggling a bit to get back to not drinking, had wine with meal tonight. Not too much and didn't want to keep on drinking it even so. I am away a lot of February and unless I get over wine with a meal out I am. Not going to make target so tomorrow I intend to be AF.0

Planned drinks out tomorrow but minimal, controlled and few, not as many as I can drink until I fall over.2017- 5 credit cards plus loan
Overdraft And 1 credit card paid off.
2018 plans - reduce debt0
