5/30 here too Shaggy, on nights now so the next 4 are a canter.

I see people mentioning improved sleeping. I still don't sleep right, but on the plus side, my chronic heartburn/acid reflux has gone.

I'm not sleeping properly either. Apart from some wine on 1st Jan, I've been AF since the 28th December. It could just be me though as i have other stuff going on. I wake up.a lot in the night and never feel truely refreshed.

Glad the reflux has improved for you though.

Morning all, been absent for a while and just caught up with everyone's posts, thanks HB for yearly totals, very pleasantly surprised by mine and a real motivator. Today is my last Christmas family get together and tomorrow I rejoin SW!!?

Target for January 22/30 please and target for year 200. Thank you as always for the motivation this thread gives and for Shaggy and HB for keeping score. Do intend to post more this year instead of dipping in and out.

hey all, I had another glass of red wine with my steak last night but back in the saddle today, still on 5/21. Steak always tempts me, something to keep in mind. :)

Glad to hear the stomach problems are sorted, Roland, so that's progress. The sleep thing takes a while to stabilize, but I promise you it does happen if you stick at it a little longer. It took a while with me too, but as soon as I started sleeping through the night - which I hadn't for years - it stayed that way.

I hope your OH finds retirement rewarding Arkers. Good luck with it.

The last of this round of OH's birthday celebrations last night. I'm absolutely pooped.

    8/31 please, Shaggy.
