Hi,
I would like to join this January drink free challenge. I had a four-day session from Hogmanay to 3rd January and feel it's now time to address my drinking and a good start would be dry free days for the remaining days of January.
So please can you add me to the list, at 2/28....0 -

Me too with the sleeping [Deleted User] or at least if I wake up I can go back off pretty quickly. Although did have an episode of night sweats last night - coming up to menopausal age so guessing it's that!

6/31 for me please. Found yesterday slightly harder, kept thinking I would really like a glass of wine; it's Friday. However onward and upward I hope. Still waking frequently in the night so hoping sleep will improve soon.0
