What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

  • Hi Shaggydoo
    4/30 for me please
I sort of went running after work, they've started couch 2 5k tonight so I've joined.
Well out of my comfort zone but I certainly don't want any booze after my efforts.

5/31 please. Must try and get that book Honey Bear - maternal relatives, Mum and Gran both have had dementia so need to find ways to mitigate possible genetic effects. Still cutting down alcohol is a good start.

Good to see you back Shaggy. I gained more weight at pre-Christmas nibbly parties than at Christmas itself. As of today I'm back at the upper limit of where I like to be. Ideally I'd lose another half stone.

I'd prefer not to have an annual target although I am interested in how I do. So I'll go target free and work out my running total. It'll give me an incentive to get in as many bonus days as I can.

    No drinking planned for today.

    4 AFDs please Shaggy.

You and me both Maman I'm over my upper SW weight now as was at it before my hols in Nov. I now need to lose 1/2 stone to get back there so hoping for 10lbs off before my holiday in April.

I also want to be target free for the year but will continue to set monthly targets.

5/31 for tonight please. Not looking forward to the first AF weekend in a while but have some nice alternatives on standby and it'll all help with the weight loss.

Me three......that is another reason why i'm cutting down now in my forties to prevent another maternal generation taking that route. Interesting book to read by the sounds of it. I give my children omega 3 everyday to help their brains at school. I take star flower oil for my perimenopausal symptoms. I wonder if that counts?

Totally with you Debjay and Maman on this. I put back on 2/3rds of all the weight I lost before my holiday in November between my hols, birthday, Christmas and new year. I had a good time but if I had stepped on the scales part way through the festive season I might have cut back on the goodies and I'm really disappointed in myself. I want to lose at least a stone before my hols at the start of May, ideally 1.5 stone.

    4/30 for tonight please Shaggy
What goes around comes around.....I hope!
