Don't hesitate to let me know if I've made a mistake! What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

12/13 for last night for me please. Not sure what I am going to do tonight, so there is a small possibility I might still make target for November
I am going for 10 AFD in December, but given I am on hols for part of it, Christmas bash at work and my birthday as well as Christmas itself I think my chances of making 10 are remoteWhat goes around comes around.....I hope!0 -
17/18 for me please.Live for the moment and plan for the future0

Late call as I went out for lunch with a friend today but only a juice to go with it and haven't drunk anything, going to bed shortly so 20/21 for me.0

i have done 7 days AF today. But I still feel exhausted and not sleeping properly. Dreading tomorrow as not sure I can avoid it - girls xmas lunch followed by a hen do. Hen do is people I don't know very well so may feel need a drink. I should probably aim not to drink at the lunch but just to have a few on hen do if feel the need.
It is hard. I don't drink anywhere near as much as I used to and now probably only once per week but even 1 glass (with food) makes me feel awful the next day. I am wondering whether my body is subconsciously rejecting alcohol as I'm now 38 and we are going to start trying for a baby next year - maybe my body's way of forcing me to give us the best chance?! The subconscious is a powerful beast.I want to be a writer0 -
Have ballsed up a tad. Drank both yesterday and today, oops, but I am thinking about my drinking more.
Yesterday, was full of good intentions. Had a half day at work as it was my daughter's 6th birthday and wanted to get her from school. All was fine until just before dinner when I thought, ooh wouldn't wine b nice? Mum didn't disagree and so I went a bought two bottles. And drank one of them.
Woke up feeling a bit p00y today and thought, you can either go bk to the way u were and drink or treat every day as a new beginning (i.e. Not just think of I screw up, oh well, I'll start next Monday, month, year, whatever).
Had every intention of not drinking today, but then was offered a jd and Coke round a friend's hse and I drank it. And of course, once u start and it's defo not going to b a af day, might as well make the most of it. Restrained myself a little and only had two beers after, but still completely unnecessary.
Start again tomo and will attempt a af day. Weekends r defo harder though.Pink Sproglettes born 2008 and 2010
