I've had a row with DH. He has left and I don't know if he is coming back. I am in bed with wine.

I am not holding it together.

Hope things look better for you this morning Dizzy?

    13/12 for today please Shaggy

Weirdly enough I set my target for 12 this month as I kept falling short of 15 and felt disappointed in myself for not reaching it and this month I will hit the 15 as I intend to be AF until the end of the month ;) - I think they call that reverse pyschology :)

And the Phoenix rises from the ashes...*ahem*...

DH came back after I apologised for being a cow and all better now. I only had one small glass of wine as I actually sat and thought that it wouldn't really help to get blotto. Hurrah for no hangover, but my target will be missed this month. Grrr...having major house renovations is soooo stressful.

Thank you for caring guys x

So glad it was sorted dizzy.

I read a story in the paper today about a rugby coach telling his team that they needed to be like a pheasant rising from the ashes in the second half. When it was pointed out that he meant a phoenix, his response was he knew it was some bird beginning with F!:rotfl:

    No plans to drink today.

    12 AFDs please Shaggy.

    Love it Maman!

I'm so glad it's been resolved Dizzy and delighted for your sake that you stuck to one glass.

Whatever works for you, Sukeyboo. It's bound to be different for different people, so well done for meeting and exceeding your target.

    28/30 please, Shaggy.
    Better is good enough.
