I found the Sainsbury one and tried it this eve. Its quite good actually Only wanted one glass. It lacks the kick of an alcoholic drink but its a good alternative. I was feeling stressed earlier and kept telling myself, no problems are solved by alcohol. Glad i didn't succumb.

    15/17 please shaggy.

  • 7/7 AF days for me tonight. Really pleased as although I haven't done very well the last few days, I haven't gone overboard and have drank a lot less. Tonight (and for most of rest of week) am away with work which is always harder for me not to drink.
On Saturday am away with work for 10 days (although 4 days of it is annual leave I have tagged on to end and my OH is joining me). That will be tough as I will be entertaining customers every night. 12 hour working days also, but will try to be AF at least every other night.

I did have a large glass of wine last night, so a bit annoyed this morning that I can't add to my total, but anyway...

I've never tried any of the AF wine versions. I'm popping into a Tesco today, so going to take a look to see what they have on offer.

Good luck with the work entertaining Karen! My DH's company have banned alcohol at corporate events. Customers can buy their own, but what's on offer is always AF. I think this is because they've had several bad experiences of having to handle drunk blokes in posh places

Still on 19/24 Shaggy - thank you x

This month is proving a struggle to get to target.

My choice was is to drink midweek at home (except for special occasions like birthdays). Unfortunately (or fortunately:)) this month is full of occasions. Maybe next month I won't go anywhere;). Even if I don't reach 10, I'm mindful of my drinking which is what matters.

    No plans to drink today.

    7 AFDs please Shaggy.

What an excellent idea! Most works events I went to were an ocean of booze sloshing about and vile as a result. And I say that as someone that used to enjoy drinking - they were totally about excess. Horrible.

    21/30 please, Shaggy.
    Better is good enough.
