What a great idea and not only does it promote better behaviour but productivity must increase on the next day too. Must be hard to have to work all day and then have to mingle and socialise with work in the evenings too. I guess it can intrude on family life and personal time. I hope it goes ok for you Karen.

Another AF day for me. Rather pleased as this week is so busy. Off to an open evening at the secondary school tonight. The kids are very excited. The AF wine is sitting in the fridge, i'm not tempted, but I will have some on Friday in addition to half a bottle of wine. I'm hoping to make the bottle last over Friday and Saturday and that's my limit for the week. Keeps me under 14 units. I am aware though its above the 3 units recommended per day. Its hard to have open wine in the fridge though. It needs to go so I can forget about it and I don't want to waste a third day on a small glass to finish it up.
