I have been a bit busy and haven't been able to post for a few days. I had a bad night on Tuesday but was back on the wagon on Weds and last night, so I am up to 7/16 now please Shaggy.
I signed up for Slimming World on Weds night so while my number of AF days might not increase, I will no doubt be drinking a lot less on the nights I do have a tipple.What goes around comes around.....I hope!0 -

Hmm, I like the idea of getting on top of my sugar habit your way, Shaggy, one addiction at a time. I don't think I'm going to lose the 8lbs that needs to go by next Saturday's wedding, so I'm obviously going to have to change some habits because I've had long enough to do it. Well done you for sticking with it.
