Not AF tonight. I've been celebrating with friends about a new job offer. However back on the tea now and stop button activated!
Will try and make up for it tomorrow but am out with the girls seeing Bridget Jones. Going to try not to drink beforehand. ☺Live for the moment and plan for the future0 -
15/24 for me but I nearly cracked when my little brother rang to say he and his lovely girlfriend's baby had arrived a week early (on his birthday too!)
I'll save the Champers for when I see them:happyhear0 -
Good morning,
10 AFD please Shaggy.
Unbelievable rain last night. Dog spent most of it hiding due to the thunder and lightning.
Things were better yesterday. Discovered that my DH had hidden his beers in the caravan, to stop temptation. This didn't work and he was drinking by 7. Still, if it makes him think a bit then this is a small amount of progress.
Stay safe, Arkers x0 -

Morning :hello:
1 more AFD for Wednesday. Still off the chocolate.
ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -
Honey_Bear wrote: »Wow, Shaggy! Three weeks CF is seriously impressive. Are you replacing the sugar in the chocolate with something else sugary?
No. When I first started to sit down to watch TV without chocolate I used to think about it - now chocolate doesn't cross my mind. About 2 years ago I gave up biscuits - never think about them either!
Must get back into an exercising habit! What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -
