Morning :hello:
2 more AFDs for Monday & Tuesday. And 4 CFDs (Chocolate Free Days) in a row.
ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

Do you know, I didn't think I could do it! But it's Day 5 - so it looks like I can!
Chocolate is high GI but I was eating it in the evening when I allow myself high GI things.... thing is, once I start eating chocolate I can't stop eating until I've eaten 250+ calories and it sabotaging all my diet plans!
Anyways, my new autumn diet has started....fingers crossed...What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. But the units on the non-AFD's are creeping up badly again, so I am going to seriously work on this in September
I aiming/hoping for a good September too - to help with the diet! What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. You did. For example I'm 30 days on target free and I'm just going to keep it rolling for as long as I wish. Now if someone is on a similar amount to me but is slightly ahead that gives me a further target I can aim for, it gives me a further incentive to chase it. I may never catch up but that's not the point. Matching in itself is competitive. This can also have a knock on effect on someone on a similar amount but slightly behind me wanting to chase my new progress.
I hope you achieve your target, great work and great to be amongst like minded folk.
Then you will always be in competition with Honey Bear who does the full monty every month
To be honest, I don't have a competitive bone in my body, so your approach wouldn't work for me. This thread, for me, is about my own personal health.
Anyways, Good Luck :T What ever helps you achieve your target is great. What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Hi everyone
Have been AWOL for a few days - extended Bank Holiday break ending with a very relaxing Spa day yesterday
Back to it now and declaring early for tonight which means 17/15 for August :j
Congrats to all those who have made (and exceeded) their targets and for those who didn't quite make it then good luck for next month.
Can I set a target of 15 for September please Shaggy. I am on holiday (from work but not away) next week so that will be a bit of a test for me0 -
Hi Everyone,
Please could I join in, As you can see from my signature I am in alot of debt and whilst its not alcohol that got me into debt if I could reduce my intake it would definitely help my purse as well as my health.
Like many, I have got into the habit of a couple of glasses of wine most nights (and lets face it wine glasses are now very large, 2 glasses are well eeerm almost a bottle) . Anyway for the last week or so I haven't had a drink and feel so much better for it, and cutting down is something I want to continue.
I go on holiday for a week from tomorrow, so I expect it will be hard to have any alcohol free days when I'm away, but can you put me down for 14 days for September pleaseTotal Debt 31st August 2016 £34,586
Debt 29/03/17 £28,371 (18%)
31/01/17 3 Stone (42 lb) to lose
29/03/17 21 lbs to lose0 -
