Right, so after getting to 12/16 for July, I am now on a mission with August. Happy to report 1/18 for last night, so off to a good start.
My plan for this month is to keep on top of the AFD and also to get back to doing some exercise because I have put on a stone. I am sure that part of it is alcohol based, but I have also become a couch potato. When I get home from work I have good intentions of getting on and doing something but once I am sat there I lose all enthusiasm. My clothes are now getting tight, so it is time to do something about it. I've successfully lost weight in the past and then it slowly creeps back on, so it is a bit of a cycle. To be fair though, when I do put it on it is usually a slow process, so in a way I am happy with this cycle.
[These are all convincing words, now I need to put them into action!]What goes around comes around.....I hope!0 -

Am I being a bit dim? I can't seem to find a way of jumping to the unread posts on the thread - the forum style has changed since I last used it but there always used to be a way of just carrying on from the last post you had read.
